- NOTES: This was my first race to run with Maya. She did great! It was so much fun to run with her, she's a true racer. She slowed down a little in the last mile because there were no other dogs to pass. I had to run ahead of her and then she would speed up in order to beat me. She obviously runs to win!

- PACE: 7:46
- PLACE: 1st place female overall, 3rd place overall
- NOTES: It was fun to win in my hometown!
- TIME: 45:22
- PACE: 7:18
- PLACE: 1st place female overall, 3rd place overall
- NOTES: This is the first race that I didn't eat breakfast before. I wanted to see how I felt. I actually felt great. Drank a few swigs of Bolthouse Juice and ate a chew before the race but that was all. I may have to try this again on a 5K or 10K. Definitely eliminates any GI issues while running.
